Didn't like the fact that the address for the Glasgow service centre in the BMW app/website and communication was different from the actual address! The address I had took me to Douglas Park Glasgow sales centre!! Otherwise it was good experience.

The salesman Dylan Prendergast handled the whole process from start to finish absolutely wonderfully it was a pleasure to deal with him and I'm sure we will do business again in the future.
