We got messed about a lot with this purchase. This is the 2nd purchase from this retailer , the vehicle had surface scratches. Which were buffed out whilst sitting out the finance.

All good bar 1 small issue. I think my tyres were over inflated and I had reduce the psi in each after had left the garage, was affecting the drive. Checked BMW website for recommended pressure and was surprised my car made it past the safety check.

Everything was great. The only thing was that I got a lot of messages reminding me of my appointment but maybe this is necessary for some people.

I was given the car back with my back seats down and boot covers taken off and placed on top of the pushed down seats. The car had not been valeted as requested when I checked it online. The car had no fuel I barely made it to a fuel station.

Dreadful. Taking the car in was ok, staff didn't seem very happy at their work. Courtesy car was a 2 series and a very basic model. Service seemed to be fine with no issues.

I was satisfied with almost everything. The team made efforts to repair despite a fully booked calendar. I'm certain this creates stress for technicians, but the will they, won't they repair? caused anxiety as an alternate vehicle was unavailable

Experience by Douglas Park & BMW group has been disgraceful. I was forgot about for 6 weeks, with no updates. My vehicle was off the road for 3 months waiting for a part, then the first day I got my car back it was dirty and the same fault reappeared

Dreadful dealership no call back and accuse me on email when pointing out my displeasure that they are taking no liability for anything. I never asked for anything other than my rod tied up so I don't end up with a blow out on way home.

There is an obvious judder when reversing & turning the wheel at slow speeds unhappy with the explanation given. BMW are aware and it's not an issue however test drove another x5 at the weekend which is the same make model & age and there's no judder
