Car was collected in the morning, a video was sent during the service, a warranty job was identified and I was contacted to discuss it, car was dropped back home 3 hours after it left.

I had asked for the adblue to be topped up it hadn't been done but it was billed on the service sheet. I'd also asked for an aircon service which had been marked as done but I then had doubts about whether this had been done or not.
