The whole process from start to finish was handled expertly by Mr Cameron McFarlane throughout. No sales pressure and the sense that he understood my needs and was willing to get a deal done without being over pushy. A consumate professional.

Everyone in the show room was very accommodating, Craig made sure to keep me updated with when the car was going to be ready and what the next steps were, the finance was sorted very quickly too, it was all a smooth process

Poor customer service from a management perspective and poor communication when problems arose. I felt as though they had forgot about me while my car was in for service/repair. Didn't clean my car after offering. Installed 2 new tyres with wrong PSI

The service found that the windscreen wipers were not working correctly which I knew already..I was sent a video showing the malfunction but the fault was not corrected.

I would have given 5 stars , but driving home from Douglas Park I noticed the boot open sign come on and in spite of me stopping the car and trying to close the boot, it won't close. Consequently I need to have the car booked in again to fix it.

I had asked for the adblue to be topped up it hadn't been done but it was billed on the service sheet. I'd also asked for an aircon service which had been marked as done but I then had doubts about whether this had been done or not.

The communication, contrary to usual, was really poor with one call at 17:50 when the dealers shut at 17:30 and it took 3 calls before he got me the price for compressor, but always starting with an apology due to lack of staff, albeit friendly.

Mostly satisfied but had a follow-up issue with the Health Check video. I couldn't make out what the Technician was saying re an advisory so emailed the Service Advisor a couple of times for clarification but got no response.

Just a small thing on your car hire invoice it saying £10.00 plus VAT for hire car but you charge £12.00 plus VAT ?. This is my first BMW i had Audi & Mercedes before and was never charge for courtesy car always free so not really courtesy more hire.

Douglas park carried out a diagnostics check confirming the fault was the battery as in previous checks at Irvine. They wanted to carry on to investigate but was blocked by BMW. Why did you block this leaving me with this paid for problem?

The customer service seems to be diluted . There appears to be a lot less knowledge in the young customer facing team with the main topic of interaction being around how much the service / product will cost.

Had to come in three time to finally get the car taken fir a check and getting a loan car. The loan car was very small compared to SUV i have. This made it really hard to fit the kids and the car seats although i boooked it seven weeks in advance.

Health check supposedly carried out on the car on the Friday. Told everything was fine. Put it in for MOT on the following Monday and it failed due to a break fluid leak. How was this not spotted when they were looking at my tyres and breaks?!

My car had to get recall work done and a service and it was all done in the one day. They also kept my car overnight as I couldn`t manage back the same day to pick it up. My service bill was covered by the voucher that came with the recall work too.
